RESERVATION POLICY

Sales Tax: The total for taxes and fees is 13.5% and is added to the room rate before payment.

Check-in: Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required.

Pet Policy: High Sierra Condominiums has a strict NO-PET policy. Service animals are allowed.

 

Additional Rules: Damages to unit furnishings, amenities, supplies, and linens or items missing from room are subject to additional fees upon assessment following your departure.
