REMARKS

YOUR PRIORITY

Exercise room

$25,000

Often requested, and a common amenity for RCI-affiliated resorts.

Includes funds for used equipment.

Kitchen countertops

$10,000

At least 10 are damaged,
others are out-dated

10 minimum (damaged)

 New flooring,
4 inside stairways

  $5,500

Inside stairway carpet is badly stained & worn in Bldgs 2, 3, 5, & 6.

Presents terrible first impression for owners and guests, also unsafe in snow conditions.

Will NOT use carpet again; will use rubberized sound-absorbing & non-slip flooring.

New pool windows

$8,000

Old sliding doors have thermal-seals broken and are permanently stained.

Need to replace 4

 Replace back decks

$35,000

(for all decks on ONE 4-unit building only)

Replacing wooden decks with composition material ("plastic wood") increases safety & reduces maintenance costs.

6 "test" decks built on Bldgs 2, 3, & 6 have held up well.

 Replace front walkways

$10,000

(for front walks on ONE 4-unit building only)

Replacing wooden walks with composition material ("plastic wood") increases safety & reduces maintenance costs.

See above

Resurface tennis court

$10,000

At present, court is nearly unusable & is unsafe due to large cracks.

Should be repaired or demolished.

 Build entry ramps to Bldgs 1 & 2, 3 & 4,  5 & 6, and 13 & 14.

 $50,000 each

(average over all 4 buildings; some more, some less)

Front center entry ramps would permit easier access for mobility-impaired owners and guests for 8 units where ground is level enough to accommodate.  This entry ramping will NOT make units fully handicapped accessible nor compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Will require significant engineering where "trestles" must be built.

 Magnetic water conditioning

 $15,000

(approx $1,075 per building x14 buildings)

Maintenance-free magnet system reduces scale build-up in pipes, dishwashers, etc, from hard water.

For more info go to: http://gmxinternational.com

Currently being tested in the Clubhouse and in both Bldg 10 units.

Flat-screen plasma TVs in living rooms

 $20,000

Current 27-inch conventional tube TVs are out-dated.

$700 each x 28

* Estimated costs above based on best-available information; actual costs may vary up or down.
