High Sierra Owners Association Rental Policies

There is a two-night minimum on all rentals.

Holiday weeks require at least a 5-night minimum stay.

A $200 security deposit will be authorized to your credit card at check-in.

Deposit:1st night + tax is required at time of booking. For
mid December through the first week of January, deposit is 50% of entire stay (room and tax) at time of
booking reservations. The balance is due December 1st.

Cancellation: A cancellation fee of $25 will be charged for any cancelled
reservation. For mid December through the first week of January, reservations,
if cancelled before December 1st, the deposit less one night room and tax
will be returned. After December 1st cancellation will result in all monies
being forfeited.
